This is a wonderful real photo of the Belfast Boxer Rinty Monaghan taken on March 23rd 1948 at The King's Hall, Belfast after he knocked out Jackie Paterson in the seventh round to become World, British & Empire Flyweight Champion.

It measures approx 10" x 7 7/8" (25cm x 20cm) and is embossed at the bottom right hand corner "IRISH PRESS PHOTO"

The item has some wear/creasing with curled edges but I think it still looks in pretty good shape for its age - please review the images provided to best determine quality/condition of the item prior to purchase.

A rare piece of Rinty Monaghan/Belfast Boxing memorabilia - if this item is of interest please keep an eye on my Ebay store where I will be listing similar boxing related ephemera & photos.

Many thanks for looking!
