Apple Whimseys "Witch Hazel".   What a beauty!   One of my favorites.

Witch Hazel is wearing a tall black witch hat that is covered in flowers.  Her arms are full also.   There is a pretty green bow at the back of her hat and another one hanging down the back of her blac velvet dress.   She is wearing a beaded mask. In her left arm is a small animals with its own witch hat.   To be honest, I'm not sure if that's a bear or a kitty.

In excellent condition with her original tag.   Shows her name, Witch Hazel, her edition of 31/100, signed by the artist Lita Gates and dated 9/27/2000
