This is a lot of 12 Japanese dolls, 6 of them are Kokeshi, and a few are signed. I don't read any Asian dialect, so I have no idea whose signatures these are.  I don't know what the 6 others represent, maybe good luck, good wishes or something of that nature, they are very sweet. The little man in the dome glass shows the most wear on the base.  The base is 1 1/2 inches tall and he is also 11/2 inches tall.  The detail on him is amazing, and I think he will display very well.  Overall, they are all in excellent condition with just a possible small amount of playwear.
