Engine runs well and sound works. The bell is included, but the belt mount needs repair - see photos.

One of the rolling contacts on the bottom is missing. It does run without, but ideally this part is repaired.

One figure included, as shown. There may be other defects that I didn't notice, so I took plenty of photos.

The original box and foam is included. The box does have some wear from storage/age.
