This is the Formotion technology, original patches from that time, original Stilscreen nameset, for this reason is believed to be the match issued shirt for Jankulovski. I was told by the previous seller this is from Milan-Livorno of the 6th of May 2001, however I have no proofs to support that claim. However I have seen that on Charitystars there was the match issued shirt for Jankulovski in Milan-Roma of the 14th of May 2001 (two weeks after), and the size was also L for adults. It is possible that on the period Jankulovski used to wear L, so it might really be issued for a match in April/May 2006 (Milan-Livorno is consistent with this assumption).
