This is: A 1967 Leaf card, #45, of Star Trek: The Original Series. It is card #45, "Big Joker," featuring Spock.

Condition: This card has nice contrast and is very clean. There is a minor wrinkle, not a fold, from the left into the center, which you can see if you hold it up to the light. (Yoy can also see it on the scan of that card's back.) The lower right corner is a little creased. This card would be a great addition to any 1967 Leaf collection!
