This is three 4" iron chisels, Scotland c 1880. 

From left: 

- 7/16" tip, 1 1/4" blade, 4 1/4" long, hand-wrought, no markings. 

- 9/16" tip, 9-sided, 4" long, 1/2" thick, marked P&O 13. 

- 9/16" tip, 1" blade, 4 1/8" long, hand-wrought with maker's mark.
