Department 56 Halloween Black Cat with Tail in Orange Chip and Dip Bowl.  This is a conversational and functional piece of art.  The Black Cat is eerily adorable with this white fangs on display and his wiggly cat tail on a spring above the dip bowl.  Do you dare take a chip?  This item is dated 2008 and very hard to find, it is RARE for sure!  Very small heart-shaped chip near cat tail and some crazing in the large bowl.
