Steel vintage roller skates, clip on to your shoes type. With the original Key which is often sadly lost by now.
Leather straps original and very dry, Steel parts have light patina on them which could be cleaned off but left on in case buyer wants them that way.
Similarly I did not oil the bearings which spin freely anyway nor apply leather balm to the straps.

There is a mark on the toe that reads U5 but I do not know what that means.
Ruler shown not included. Adjustment looks like it will go at least and inch shorter than it is now and at least an inch longer - see pics.
