Nymphenburg Hand Painted Floral Blue & Gold Small Round Trinket / Powder Box

Pretty small round porcelain trinket box or powder jar. Decorated with hand painted flowers in pink, orange, and yellow in the center of the lid framed by gold gilding and gold dots over white. The rest of the background is blue. With gold gilding along the edge of the lid and box. Marked on the bottom with the green underglaze shield above Nymphenburg. This mark was used from 1910 to 1975. Probably made around 1915.

Has some minor wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.

Measures approximately 3 1/8 inches wide x 2 1/4 inches tall.

This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
