        Artworks are packed securely and dispatched by the artists directly from their location.

        You will receive an email notification of your item being dispatched. If there is a delay in dispatch we will notify you as soon as possible.

        Typical shipping time takes between one and two weeks.         

         ALL items are sent by Recorded (Signed For) delivery, it will require a signature upon receipt.

         If your item has not arrived within two weeks of the despatch message PLEASE contact your local Parcels Office to check if they have a recorded item for you.

        DAMAGED GOODS

         Please check the condition of your purchase(s) when delivered and email us within 24 hours if damage is discovered.

        Include digital photographs of the damage and the condition of packaging materials. Please keep all original packaging, as this will be required to make a claim with the courier.

        The matter will be resolved to your satisfaction as soon as possible.
