I have modelled this on a 5ft 2in mannequin. As you can see there are lots of gathers. So this is better suited to a taller lady. I have spread the skirt out so you can see all the gathers. If it was worn on a taller lady then the photo where I have positioned the skirt at the mannequins chest area is how it will hang.
