Cover hinges are split and on point of detaching from binding. Some library tape applied could make this a very serviceable book. The binding is intact throughout text. Pages are of the thick, glossy variety and are in generally good condition. No marking noted in text. Blemishes are minor. A couple of pages have small corner folds.  There tend to be page-turning creases in the upper corner. Pages are easily readable.
