This is a Fine example of “Fight Club” by Chuck Palahniuk.  Published by the Easton Press and copyrighted by same in 2014.  This edition, signed by the author, is tight, bright and clean throughout.  Fine publisher’s notes and COA laid in loosely.

At 208 pages long, it is a very sharp, desirable copy, bound in beautiful gray, gold-gilt leather.  Unmarked by human hands inside and out, the book is--as usual with Easton-- all edges gilt, with its ribbon marker in fine shape in this surely unread volume with very tight hinges.  And, before you ask, no, there’s no bookplate, used or not, and the gold edges are unmarked, save the tiniest of marks halfway down the fore edge (see photo.)  A beautiful example!
