As pictured a neckerchief from now merged Central Ohio Council for the '93 Pow Wow. was told this is probably a staff neckerchief but not sure on that. This merged in 94 and became Simon Kenton Council and quite possible that this could be one of the last activities before the merge. Neckerchief is in new condition.
