Excellent condition made by Lamps Plus in 1992. Sturdy lamp with decorative backing housing. Rare in that it has a lamp and a spot for reading. Can be switched both on or individually spot or lamp. With current type spot bulb shown will also cast a little warmth on you while reading or put an LED in for no heat.  Very few signs of wear and very clean. Has mounting back plate and mounts with 2 screws so very secure and tight.  Shade is not included, if you must have it we can talk. 6 Feet of original cord and plug or could be mounted on wall box.  Swings out about 17" to center of bulb.
