My policy concerning certificates of authenticity is as follows: If the purchase price of the item is $100.00 or less and you receive a bad COA on it you will receive a full refund on your purchase price plus postage costs but not for the COA. If the item purchased sells for over $100.00 I will refund the cost of the item plus the cost of the certificate of authenticity.
 
Another item I wish to mention concerns the scans of the stamps I sell and their appearance on widescreen monitors. Those viewers who have widescreen monitors may notice a stretching of the stamp horizontally. I currently have no way to prevent this from occuring but am looking into finding if there is a software solution.
