Payments: Payment within 3 days of auction end please. If for
any reason you cannot pay within this time frame then please contact us via
eBay messages. If an item is not paid for within 7 days and no contact made
then we will have no choice but to lodge a non-payer dispute with eBay. PayPal
is the preferred method of payment.
Shipping: Most items are despatched same or next day, however once payment
has been received we promise to send the item/s within 2 days or sooner. Please
contact us if you need the item urgently/next day and we will do our very best
to help you.
If you choose 2nd Class / Royal Mail 48 remember that Royal Mail’s
delivery aim is 3-5 days. If you find you have not received your items within 5
DAYS, please contact your Local Sorting Office and/or Post Office to see if
they are holding the package for you. We receive several returns per month
claiming the item was not called for. This usually means that Royal Mail
couldn't put the item through your letterbox or leave the item with a neighbour
and returned it to the local sorting office where it is held for 7 days and then
returned to us. If a postman forgets to put a card through your door, you will
not receive your item, so please contact them in the first instance to see if
they are holding your package.
Although Royal Mail 2nd Class Service / Royal Mail 48 is usually delivered
within 2-3 days and 1st Class Service / Royal Mail 24 is around 90% next day
delivery, we have no control over delays in the Royal Mail network, so please
bear this in mind and allow up to 10 days before contacting us. Officially
Royal Mail won't class a package lost unless 15 business (working) days have
passed, but we will do our best to help you after 10 days.
Feedback: Should you have any problems, please give us a chance to resolve
any issues you may have before thinking about leaving Neutral or Negative
Feedback. If we are not aware of your problem, we can't help you, so
send us a message via eBay. We value our customers and customer

Terms of Sale: Our items are brand new and in perfect condition (unless otherwise
specified). Most items we sell are sealed in bags/boxes or tied with cable
