SEVEN PILLARS OF WISDOM by T. E. Lawrence

Published by Doubleday, Doran & Company, Inc.  in 1937

This is T. E. Lawrence's own account of his involvement with the Arab revolt against Ottoman rule during the First World War.  It is true literary classic and the book that Winston Churchill said "It ranks with the greatest books ever written in the English language."   The book is enhanced by the author's vivid descriptions of Arabia and numerous illustrations.  The book is in good condition; the spines are tight, and the cover is scuffed and faded but clean.    The pages have some yellowing from age but are clear and easily readable. The end paper is missing in the front.  There is no dust jacket.   See photographs.

This is a wonderful historical book and would be an excellent addition to anyone's book collection.

The book is about 7" x 9-1/2" x 1-3/4", 672 pages, and about 3-4 lbs.+/-  with packaging.
