All product returns requires a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The RMA number should be written on your returning pacakge. - All returned items for a refund/credit should be in its original, "resalable" condition. You may not be responsible for a refund or credit otherwise.
- NJCCTV follows ebay's 30 days return policy. Items should be returned within 14 days from the order date to receive a refund.
- Items should be returned within 30 days from the received date for an exchange, replacement, or a store credit.
- Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost on all returns except for DOA (dead on arrival) products.
- 20% restocking fee is applied to any non-defective returns for a refund.
