This is the exciting story of the Wyoming gold rush that was created when gold was found on Willow Creek near the South Pass on the Oregon Trail, taken from the journal written by James Chisholm, a young reporter sent by the Chicago Tribune to report on the story.  The book is in very good to fine condition;  the cover is clean with minimal scuffing and/or bumping.  The spine is firm and the pages are clear and easily readable with minimal fading.  The dust jacket has some chipping or small tears and is in good to very good condition.  See photographs.

This is a wonderful book and it would be an great addition to anyone's book collection.

The book is about 6" x 9-1/2" x 1", 318 pages, and about 2-3 lbs.+/-  with packaging.
