These are a new ballast I have got made.
Using these @ 12v, they run at 30w using 3.2 amps which is perfect for using with a small battery.
You will save 25% on your battery time.
When the voltage is turned up to over 13v they change to 35w.
You can see the brightness in the light change.

Globe life is rated at 4500 hours.
My ballasts have an internal igniter, which makes converting the light much easier.
This means there is no cutting and joining of any wires to mount the igniter in the handle like other kits.
This Does NOT Suit the Lightforce Handheld Lights With The Switch On The Back.

The ballast is a 30w/35w AC ballast.
The kit comes with 5600k.
The kit comes with the following:
1 x 30w/35w HID Round ballast,
1 x HID H3 35w Globe
1 x H3 Adapter with screws.
1 x 23mm Hole sale.
1 x Step by Step Instruction Manual.
These kits just take a normal H3 HID 35w globe, with normal plugs.
So they are very easy to find in the event of a blown globe.
I also sell them in my ebay store.
These have 30w printed on them, They were ordered as 30w, but I found they increase in power when the voltage is turned up.
So, they have a dual purpose.
These ballasts were made for me and I have found that they need a very high quality globe otherwise they will often cut out 3 times when they are cold. This is why I can only supply 5600k.
These kits have a 12 month warranty.
Faulty Items must be returned to me for a replacement.
The conversion is quite easy to do. It takes 15 - 30 minutes to complete.
You will need a drill (a drill press makes it a lot easier, please do not complain if you make a mess with a hand drill), 2 female blade connectors , wire strippers/crimpers and a phillips head screwdriver.
If using this as a roof mount I would also suggest some glue.
The nut on the ballast can also be used, but it is a bit tricky.
