Sealed merchandise may be returned for an exchange or credit defective product will be replaced with the same product purchased. In order for you to return a merchandise you must send us an email via ebay message, Please write 'RMA request' in the subject email. Please indicate the reason for your request. Upon the receipt of your request a customer service representative will contact you. Once an RMA authorization was issued, shipping instructions will be sent to you. Buyers responsible for all return shipping.

Your product should leave the warehouse within the time specified in this listing, In Most cases we ship same day as we receive payment. (Depending on the time payment was made)
Please note that we will ship your product to the address on file in your eBay account. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and all other international addresses. Shipping is available to the 50 United States only.
