Exposure to colognes and aftershave, pool products, and excess sweat can affect the coating and plating of your product. Pendants and chains should be carefully rinsed and dried if worn in the ocean. Chemicals used in traditional jewelry cleaning methods must NOT be used when cleaning your BICO Australia™ product.

After payment is received/cleared, all orders will be shipped within 1 business day. The eBay system should send you an email with the USPS tracking number when your shipping label is printed. The tracking number can also be found in your ebay account... just select "my ebay"... then go to "purchase history" and find the item(s) you've ordered.
