Domestic (50 states of the U.S.) 

- Three options:

1. USPS First Class (2 ~ 5 business days)
2. USPS Priority (2~3 business days)
3. USPS Priority Express (1~2 business days)

- We will provide you with a Delivery Confirmation Number that allows you to track your package. Please allow USPS 24 hours to update the status of your package.

- Please make sure that you provide us with the correct shipping address. If the package gets returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be asked to pay for reshipping your item.

International(Outside the U.S.)

Three options: 
1. USPS First Class Mail International (10~21 days)
2. USPS Priority Mail International (7~14 days) 
3. USPS Express Mail International (3~7 days)

- Please note that USPS does not fully update tracking information for packages that are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International, which is the cheapest shipping method that they provide. We politely ask for your patience on this.

- Buyers are responsible for any taxes or import duties that are imposed on their item(s) by customs.

Return & Exchange

Return Policy

1. If you decide to return your item, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt and let us know of your decision.

2. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on the refund amount. 
That is, 
if you paid $45 for an item and $5 
for shipping cost, 
the restocking 
fee 
will be 
$4.5(45 x 10%) and you will get a 
refund of $40.50.

3. We require buyers to cover shipping charges when they send their item back for return
If you are returning the item due to 
our mistake, we will cover any expenses incurred while resolving the issue and will issue a full refund after receiving your package.

4. The item that you are returning
 
must be returned in its original condition and with

original tags
Items that contain one or more of the followings will not be eligible for return:

   - Obvious signs of wear and/or tear
   - Damaged or no original tag(s)
   - Any size adjustments to the original design
   - Damage(s) caused by dirt, sand, sun, water, or makeup
   - Obvious odors, such as cigarette smoke, perfume, and colognes

Refund

2. If the item is returned in its original condition, we will issue a refund within 24 hours.

Exchange
