However, we also know that there may be a time when you need to exchange or
return something you've bought in error. All return items must be in the
original wrappings and unused, therefore we make a special mention to be very
careful when unwrapping the items to keep the wraps intact. |

Shipping:
We are a UK based company and all items are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
We normally process orders on the day after the payment has cleared into our
account. We dispatch our products by 1st Class Royal Mail or by
Courier depending on the weight and size of the order. The method of
dispatch is at our discretion. If your item does not arrive within 4 days of our
email please contact us and we will do all we can to help. |
Payment:
The easiest method of
payment is to pay for your item using the eBay Checkout. Please note that the
total for the entire amount, including shipping, will be automatically
calculated for you at once you click the Pay Now button. It is not necessary to
request total from seller as our checkout calculates this for you.
