New, factory sealed.  I have a quantity of these, all look like the ones shown.

These are authentic factory sealed games that were in Comp USA.  When they went out of business I bought them all up on clearance and have had them in storage since 2001.

Each game has a large store sticker on the shrinkwrap.  Some peel off and leave glue residue on the shrinkwrap. Some peel off partially, some not at all.  If your buying it to open and play it won't matter.  If you are a collector buying to keep it sealed this may bother you.

If a big store sticker or residue from a sticker on the shrinkwrap is an issue for you then do not purchase.
