Dual density heel cups providing maximum support and shock absorption,
using two densities of silicone. The heel cups are non allergenic and dermatologist

1. Clean the surface of the shoes.
2. Remove backing adhesive and place the gel cushion against the inside back of your shoes and press firmly.
