Defective items:
Please contact us if you have issues with the product and an RMA will be processed. Buyers are responsible for return shipping to the manufacturer's warehouse in China. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged if the item is not defective. The returned package should have a Tracking number.

Returns:
Returns are accepted only if the item is defective. Returns can be shipped to the manufacturer in China or to our US warehouse

Warranty Terms:
Physical damage to a product caused by the user; opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components; or flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty

Import / Customs:

International buyers are responsible for the Customs tax/Import duty in their respective countries. Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the shipping company.In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, assistance will be provided.

Orders will be shipped with a tracking number within 2 business days. We guarantee that your order will be delivered successfully.

Buyers have the option of choosing either Standard(HongKong Post-takes around 30 days) or Expedited shipping (Fedex / UPS / DHL - takes 3 to 5 business days).

Brazilian Customers need to send their Tax ID for the Customs declaration as per Brazil Customs laws and regulations. Your Tax ID will be kept confidential and will not be used for any other purposes.

Standard shipping may not be available for all countries. Shipping companies charge higher rates to some countries. In such cases,buyers can either pay the additional amount or cancel their order. International buyers are advised to get a quote for shipping costs before purchasing.

If delivery is refused by the buyer and the package is returned to the warehouse(due to Customs clearance issues/undeliverable) then the buyer will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
