RETURNS
We are happy to accept the return of goods if they are unused and in their original packaging and condition. If you return goods within fifteen working days of receipt, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
Please note any item that needs to be returned for any reason the return postage will have to paid by yourself as we do not have any RTS in place with the couriers we use
We will refund the return postage charges only if the goods are: 1 Different to those ordered by you (SENT IN ERROR) 2 Faulty item (warranty) ? This will be at the standard postage rate any further costs will not be reimbursed unless we have previously agreed

Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the site . Delivery

Returns

MY ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED
As you are aware all deliveries are out of our control:
The following may of occurred:
1- Your item has been delayed at one the many transit depots that your item may pass through to your local office
2-Your item was too big to post and has been returned to your local delivery office awaiting instructions
(most cases a card is left informing you of this )
3 - Has been lost
If this is the case we will resend your item after
We have allowed for any delay that may of occurred
We have confirmed that the delivery address supplied is the correct postal address
On the 10 working day your item will be resent and a claim will made against the courier used
YOU HAVE RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM/DAMAGED
Due to volumes of items that are sent we may on a rare occasion make a picking error if this is the case we ask that you inform us ASAP, We may ask for a immediate return of item and when received will despatch correct item and refund your postage if your item is urgent you may have to repurchase and this can then be sent as a separate order and a full refund given once the incorrect item has been received
DAMAGED
if damaged please refuse delivery and contact us ASAP to arrange a replacement on ( 0113 2029990 ) we may ask the courier for confirmation before we resend your item
