Vous devez impérativement l'ouvrir et le contrôler en présence du livreur. Si les produits sont endommagés, nous vous conseillons de refuser le colis en indiquant sur le bordereau de livraison la mention "colis refusé car endommagé" . Si le colis présente des traces évidentes d'ouverture et qu'il manque un ou plusieurs articles, vous devez également le refuser et faire un constat de spoliation auprès de la Poste, que vous me renverrez afin de donner la suite qu’il convient au colis.

Retours  acceptés avec accord préalable de ma part. sous 7 jours Retour dans son emballage d'origine, frais de retour à votre charge sauf accord contraire. Les colis doivent être ouvert en présence du livreur pour constater d’éventuels dégats dus aux conditions de transport..
