R&C Direct is the online sales division of well esablished R & C Components Ltd who have been trading in Hull for over 25 years supplying the engineering and Marine trade along the Docks and surrounding areas. We look to give a nationwide service with a local business mentality. Helping anyone out where we can. We are now specailising in Tool Boxes, Hand Tools, Power tools, janitorial products, paper disposables (centrefeed rolls, toilet rolls etc), abrasives, fixings & fastners, Safety Footwear, High Visibilty work wear and PPE such as safety Glasses, dust masks, hard hats and bump caps etc. We also have a full range of spill protection products available such as full response kits to individual boxes of oil/chemical spill pads and absorbent booms (sausages). We carry large stocks and anything we don't carry is usually available on a next day basis. We like to think there is nothing we can't supply. If you need it we'll get it!

Terms

Courier Deliveries or Deliveries which need a signature
You as the buyer are responsible for being available to recieve the item you have purchased. These deliveries can not give a specific date or time this is due to the couriers way of operating.
If an item is undeliverable as no-one is availble to receive a calling card will be placed through your letterbox with contact details to arrange re-delivery. If no contact is made and the item is returned to us. You the buyer will be responsible for the costs incurred
by us and a further payment will be required to re-send the item again. By bidding on this item you are agreeing to these terms.
All our Goods are Brand New and not used unless otherwise stated.
If Buyer has a change of heart (cooling off period)
You have 7 days from day of reciept to return your item due to changing your mind, item must be unopened and in a re-sellable condition. You are responsible for the goods until they are returned to us in good order.
We will refund the cost of the goods, you the buyer will be responsible for returning the goods.
Non Delivery
If an item unfortunatly is lost in transit by the Royal mail they will not consider a claim until 14 days after posting, we ask for you to be patient as we can not raise a claim until this time has passed.

Returns

We accept returns on all items unused in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, items must be returned within 7 days of reciept of item. You as the buyer are responsible for returning and postage costs.
