INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE: Insurance included for INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS items through Shipsurance Insurance Services.If your country is on the "EXCLUDED COUNTRIES LIST" from Shipsurance Insurance Services we will NOT SHIP to you. This list occasionally changes, please inquire. There is a 45 day wait period before a claim can be filed. **Priority international mail is insured with US Postal Service (see their site for details). Buyers must follow the insurers requirements for filing claims.
RETURNS: We will absolutely take returns. You don't like it, we'll take it back. We want you to feel confident in buying from us.
You will have to pay for shipping back to us and you will not be reimbursed for your original shipping (if you paid any). We don't have enough in our price structure to do otherwise. So... you will get your money back less the original shipping and handling costs and a 15% restocking fee unless you will be exchanging.
NO RESTOCKING FEE if you are exchanging for a different size. However, you will owe all shipping charges. Please contact us to notify us that the item will be coming back and how you are sending it back. It must be postmarked within 14 actual days from the time it was delivered. It must be sent in similar packaging as to what it came in. Please don't try to save money by packing it into a too small, flimsy package to save a buck on shipping. We will not be able to take it back if it is received damaged.

Our apparel and footwear is 100% AUTHENTIC! These items can be offered to our customers at great savings because they are considered overstock items and/or shelfpulls. We do not sell seconds.Our items are brand new. Many of the items offered for sale have been in a retail environment. Some have the retail tags attached with markdowns. Some of the labels in side of the garment may have been cut or marked out. The store or manufacturer has done this because it has not sold through their normal store supply chain and they do not want returns.This is what is known as a reverse supply chain( ie: from a retailer back to a central warehouse). The items may have been samples, overstocks, or show items. They may or may not have been tried on by models or consumers. Because of this reverse supply, apparel may show signs of handling. They may show signs as loose threads, loose buttons or other signs of handling. Any problem that you may see with the garment or footwear item is considered "fixable" if treated properly by the end consumer. ie: minor cleaning or minor sewing may be needed. You have our assurance that we will definately describe or picture any very visable problem. Most garments are in perfect shape, many have not even been out in the store.
