· Delivery schedule: We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 2-5 working days for delivery within the UK. Once your goods have been posted it is in the hands of Royal Mail we have proof of postage. We cannot guarantee delivery times. If your item has not arrived when expected it is probably at your local sorting office.

· Payment: We accept PayPal Only

· Returns: Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of item. Item must be in the same perfect labelled condition and a note must be enclosed with the item advising number and purchase details - please contact us via email to arrange the return. Please note that postage cannot be refunded either way. If items are returned as undelivered the postage cost will have to be re-paid in order that we will send them again.
