We ship domestically and internationally to everywhere in the world.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a U.S national Holiday will ship the next business day regardless of shipping method.

Our standard shipping via USPS with a tracking number allows you to track your order on the way to you. 
We will send you an email confirmation as soon as your order is shipped.

Please Note: in order to benefit for the discounted shipping, we will ship all items in one box and it will be shipped to the same address. Items shipped to a different addresses will be shipped separately and will not benefit from the discounted shipping. 

International Shipping
We can ship your orders to anywhere in the world. We will provide several shipping options when available, so please check out all of them and choose the one that fits your needs best.
Please note: The prices above apply to orders shipped to the same address,  in one box. Items shipped to different addresses will be shipped separately and charged separate shipping fee's.
All international shipping may be subject to customs duties and taxes at their destination point.
Please note: each customer is responsible for  customs duties and taxes for their shipment. We cannot estimate customs duties and taxes for orders because the amount can vary greatly from the actual fees, so we please ask you to inform yourself about those fees at the appropriate government agency for your country. 

Returns
We strive to have our customers 100% satisfied with our products and services. Therefore, every order is important to us and we will do our best to accommodate your return or exchange.
If there is a problem with your item, please email us immediately so we can work together to solve the issue. If there is a defective and/ or misrepresented item by us, please let us know within 30 days and we will be happy to replace it at no extra cost to you or you will be given a refund. In this situation, please ship the item back to us and we will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipping.
If you decide to return an item for any other reason, we will be happy to give you the money back for the cost of the item only and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition within 30 days in order to obtain a full refund.


Exchanges can only be made for items of the same price. If there is a difference in price, we will process a return and you will need to place a new order. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item back to us. We only refund or exchange items we receive in our hands. Please insure or use a tracking number when shipping anything back to us.

In order to obtain a full refund or exchange you will need our approval in advance. When contacting us, please provide us with your order number. Upon approval, you will receive a RMA number to include with the return together with the receipt. You can email us, or use our online return process.

We do not refund discounts or any other promotion offered at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise, which is returned to us used, without tags or otherwise different from the condition you received it in.
