Using tips:

1, Firmly put the moulding/picture rail hook with the nylon hanger on the picture rail

2, Put on the nylon wire into the hole of adjustable self locking hook.

3, Push up and move the adjustable self locking hook to the right height

4. The self locking hook automatically locks when stop moving

5, Check again to confirm the adjustable hook is gripped or locked.

If you want to  take the adjustable self locking hook out, just press the top clip of the adjustable hook to take it out of the nylon wire
