This item is with normal signs of cosmetic use, with minor scratching on glass coating. Damage is minor, it will have no affect on image quality. Filter rim is not dented. This lens filter is fully operational and functions as intended.  I would rate it a 7 or around average, on a scale from 1 to 10.
