These are high quality natural pork casings. Pre-Flushed. Just rinse and start stuffing.  Long casings for larger volume users.  Spend less time loading the casings on your stuffer tube and more time making fresh links.  Each pack will fill approx. 125 Lbs of seasoned meat. Total stuffed sausage capacity of 125-150 lbs.  Keep unused casings in refrigerator for up to a year.

Use the 3/4" stuffer tube for best results. Filled diameter is approx 1/4" - 1 1/2" (32mm).
