Please read this manual carefully:
*** Do not throw the dumbbells on the floor, only put it gently on the specific place for it !
When you throw a dumbbell or put it on the floor, the discs can cracked or the handle of the dumbbell can broke !
1. It is better to put a yoga mat on the floor and put your Bowflex dumbbells on it
to soften the impact of the dumbbell with the floor.
2. If weight got stuck and you cannot detach the dumbbell out of the stand,
it is forbidden to turn the dial with force, just incline the dumbbell with the stand and carefully release it from the stand.
3. Do not throw the dumbbells in the end of the exercise. Always release the dumbbells only when they are already on the floor. It will not only protect the dumbbell, but it will also protect your joints and muscles.
