Shipping
Our shipping process starts immediately after payment receipt is confirmed. The packages are carefully packed no matter how little or large the item you purchase. When possible, we recycle and use recycled packing material. Our expectation is that you receive your package(s) as we would like to receive them ourselves, on time and in good condition when delivered to your location.
We use the following shipping services and include delivery confirmation with all our domestic delivery packages and provide the tracking number to our customers when the package is shipped:
USPS Priority, Media or First Class Mail package - for majority of items
UPS Ground or FedEx Home/Ground - for larger heavier packages
For international customers we use the following services and provide a tracking number but only include delivery confirmation as noted:
USPS First Class Mail International packages up to 4 lb weight, with no delivery confirmation available from carrier beyond the US border. This service is the most economical shipping for our international customers and we ask that they notify us by email when their package is received unless they have sent the seller's feedback through eBay
USPS Priority Mail International parcel for packages over 4 lb weight, with delivery confirmation to final destination
We use the eBay/PayPal checkout process, so your address must be current and confirmed so that item(s) can be shipped in a timely manner.
We process shipments as follows:
for USPS - every day of the week except Sundays and national holidays
forUPS Ground/FedEx Home - as needed (please note: UPS/FedEx makes no delivery to PO Boxes)
and we only ship to eBay/PayPal confirmed addresses
Combined domestic shipping savings, flat rate and free shipping only apply to delivery for the contiguous 48 United States.
Payment is due within four (4) days of the auction closing.
For "Buy It Now" items, payment is due immediately when selected for purchasing unless you are combining more than one item for shipping discounts and are requesting for an invoice of the exact amount before making payment.
