    E Motor Spares provide a 30 days returns policy with every sale. All goods must be unused and in their original packaging and condition. Please include the paper work you received with the original order in with the goods, this refers to the invoice and completed returns form found on the reverse of the invoice. All paperwork must be completed by you, this will provide us all necessary information required to process the return. Failure to enclose this will delay the process of issuing you a refund.

    The buyer will have to fund the cost of return postage. We will only issue refunds for the the return postage charges if:

    1) The goods are different to those ordered by you- We must have received communication and photographic evidence of this claim prior to the return of the goods, proving that we have sent the incorrect item and have agreed to fund the return postage.

    2) The goods are faulty and still under warranty.

    3) We provided incorrect advice based on the information provided by you prior to making your purchase. IE, you contacted us with your vehicle registration before making your purchase and we directed you to the incorrect part.

    We will only refund standard postage rate, any further costs will not be reimbursed unless we have previously agreed.

    Goods returned in an unacceptable condition may be refused, or a re-stocking fee may be applied (up to 20%)

    It is the buyers responsibility to safely return the item. E Motor Spares will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damages of goods during transit. We advise that you opt for insurance cover, where possible, when choosing your shipping service.

    Return Shipping Label

    You can obtain a return shipping label by using eBays returns service. Please click here for documentation on how to return an item through ebay and receive a shipping label.

    If you do not use the above system through ebay, then you must notify us through eBay's messaging system that you will be returning goods with the reason. Please wait for a reply, this may take up to 3 working days. When we have responded to the request please fill out the returns form sent with your order. If you do not have this then please print off all messages between us and return with item, we will then know who the item has come from and why its been returned.

    Shipping

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Any items purchased today will be dispatched tomorrow (this only applies to working days). Any orders purchased on Friday, will be dispatched on Monday. 

    No orders are processed on weekends of bank holidays.

    Courier Services
    We use Royal Mail Standard Post for smaller items (0-2KG), Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2KG-5KG), Parcelforce for larger items (5KG+) and UK Mail for dispatching hazardous materials (like aerosols and some fuel additives).

    Parcelforce and UK Mail delivery times and costs vary by location and on the odd occasion we may have to choose an alternative courier service to dispatch the goods to you. If you are wanting an order dispatching to any of the following post codes then please contact us.

    Delivery Services & Costs
    We offer free delivery on all our listings and aim to deliver all parcels within 3 working days. There is the option for express delivery at a charge of £7.50, we will use Parcelforce for this service. Please note, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, apart from on weekends and bank holidays, we do not dispatch any orders on these days. Any items purchased today will be dispatched tomorrow (this only applies to working days) any orders purchased on Friday, will be dispatched on Monday. If you opt for express delivery and require your parcel delivering the next working day, then you will need to contact us all contact details in the Business Seller Information to let us know that you would like your item posting the same day. We will try our best to fulfil your request.

    We use an automated order system that automatically generates shipping labels based on the information provided through eBay. Therefore, please ensure that the address supplied at the time of ordering is correct. We can only ship to this address and we will not be able to amend shipping details if they are incorrect. This is an eBay policy.

    If you request to cancel an order after it has been dispatched then you will need to follow refer to our returns policy. Please see our return details for more information.

    Not received your order?

    Usually, all orders are delivered within the time frame advertised. However, on the odd occasion a delay may occur whilst it is with the courier which is beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any issues that may occur during transit.

    If you are concerned about the delay in receiving your parcel then please do the following before contacting us:
    1) Check with your local depot to see if the parcel is being held there
    2) Check with your neighbours to see if they have taken delivery of the parcel for you.
    3) Check any other safe places around the delivery location

    If you have tried the above and still haven't managed to locate your parcel then please send us a message by clicking here. We will allow 10 working days to pass from the dispatch date before re-sending the order, or issuing a refund. This is to allow time for the courier to try resolve the delay or locate the lost parcel.

    Want to collect a product?

    You are more than welcome to collect an order in person, instead of it being shipped. Please contact us prior to placing your order so we can check stock of the goods and provide you a collection time.

    Goods must be purchased first through ebay, then you must contact us to make us aware that you are planning to collect the order. We will then print a collection note for your order, provide you a collection number and check our stock.

    If the item is available at the collection location then you will be able to collect immediately after contacting us.
    If it is not stocked at the collection location then you will have to wait until the item has been shipped from the warehouse to the collection point before collecting.

    Warranty

    All items sold by us come with a minimum of 12 months warranty unless stated otherwise

    In the unlikely event that you do experience a defect in the product you have purchased from us, then please send us a message through ebay by clicking here.

    If the goods purchased from us do become defective during the period of warranty for reasons due to a manufacturing fault, then you must notify us immediately in writing with, if necessary, photographic evidence. Such goods must then be returned to us for a full inspection by ourselves and the manufacturer for a full review and testing. Based on these results, we will either replace the goods, issue a full refund, issue a partial refund or not provide any of the aforesaid.

    Warranty will only cover manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover any defects caused by acts performed by yourself, omissions or misuse of the goods.

    We do not undertake to bear the cost of any work involved in reinstating a repaired part or inserting a new part.
