Used for general welding applications. Amps set at the turn of the control and is brilliant when doing different weld position position that need more or less current. Runs 3.2mm rods like a dream and all sizes below. Really recommend the unit as weighs so little and packs away in its transport case off to the next job

I use it for DIY in my garage. I would recommend it no to big of jobs. It is lightweight for carrying round on the go. The machine is good quality and the included case keeps everything tidy.

The welder is used for home/hobby welding and would highly recommend to anyone wanting an MMA welder as very easy to strike an arc and make good looking welds which I had found difficult in the past with other welders I'd used. Unit appears to be very well made for the price
