- This envelope is NOT a rigid mailer envelope. If you are after a rigid hard mailer which can not be bent, this is not the one. If you need something to send you flat or soft products, this is an ideal one for cost and postage saving.

- This envelope is designed to make soft or flat products fit in the Australia Post large letter parameters of under 20mm thickness. Normal poly satchels and tough bags inflate with a soft item inside. This card envelope helps compress the product to save on postage.

Shipping Policy

  • Our standard shipping is via Australia Post or other couriers as requested.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is updated.
  • Usually, delivery time is 3-6 working days to VIC, NSW, SA,  and 5-14 working days to other states.

Returns Policy

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery date and item must be in original new condition, not worn or altered in any way with attached tags & wrap. Otherwise deal is final;
  • Full refund will be given if item is returned in its original condition;
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost with proper packaging;
  • After receiving the items, we will refund immediately.
