this kit features a quick release button to allow the adapter to be disconnected from the pole in a snap, a must have for you GPS antenna, prisms or any threaded accessory. prevents costly repairs on worn out thread and saves time with setups and teardowns. this kit features 5/8x11 male top thread which is compatible with most surveying instruments and accessories and also 5/8x11 female bottom thread which is compatible with most prism poles, GPS rover rods and tribrach adapters,this kit adds 110mm to the pole length.
