These are bulk spring eye bushings for boat trailer leaf spring eyes.

This one is OD: 11/16", ID: 1/2" L: 1 3/4"

They are designed to reduce the actual spring eye down to 1/2".

I have others listed with different OD's so it depends on which will fit in your spring eye.
