The age of the wood that the piece is made of is unknown, probably over 300 years old.

Artist is Yiannis Nanouris. Yiannis Nanouris was born in 1953 in the village of Apeiranthos on the Cycladic island of Naxos. He finished the School of fine Arts in Athens and has been working with ceramic and bronze sculptures for more than 35 years. He has taken part in many exhibitions in Greece and abroad.
