Description
The PIXAPRO LED308D is a small, yet bright Daylight-balanced hot shoe-mountable LED light, suitable for shooting both videos and stills photography. The LED308D is ideal for people who are looking for a small-portable light source, small enough to be mounted directly on-camera for shooting weddings, events, parties etc). It can also be mounted to any light stand with a 1/4inch thread, which comes in handy for shooting night portraits.
LED308D can be powered by NP-F750 battery or any other Sony NP-F Series (Sony L-Series) compatible rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery (not included), or an independent DC6.5V~12V power adapter (not included). The Hot-Shoe mount features a Tilt head, allowing you to tilt your light forwards and backwards.
It features 308 LED bulbs which collectively can produce light of approximately 860 lux in brightness. You can alter the colour temperature of the lights by using the included CTO colour correction filter to match tungsten-lit environments. The brightness can also be controlled steplessly via a control dial located at the back of the unit.
The LED308D comes with a Wireless Remote Control, which allows you to control the brightness of the unit without the need to walk up to it every time you need to change the power. If you have multiple LED308s lights, you can set them up into up to six separate groups, which will allow you to control lights individually or simultaneously.
