For the U.K. we use a 24-48 courier service, we aim for a maximum of 3 working days from you ordering your item to you receiving it.
Saturdays and Sundays are not working days, orders placed on these days will be treated as if the order had been placed on a Monday.
All parcels will need a signature on delivery, so please make sure there is someone at your address to sign for the parcel.

All we ask is that you are honest with us. If there is a genuine fault with a part, we will sort it, however, 99% of the issues are either down to a fitment error, or quite simply, you have ordered the wrong parts for your vehicle, if so, please just tell us.
Damaged Goods
All goods are new unless otherwise stated. New items found to be damaged or faulty when received must be brought to our attention with 24 hours of receipt.
Return for Refund
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. They must not have been fitted. Electrical items come in sealed packaging, if the packaging seal is broken then the item cannot be returned for credit. Goods must be returned carriage paid by the buyer. Refund of purchase price less postage will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.
