Generally, the delivery time is 8-16 business days to USA, 10 to 21 business days to United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and 14-25 business days to most other countries in Europe.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We ship in 2 business day after payment confirmed clear. Our work days are except Saturday (HK Time). All items will be dispatched from our warehouse and shipped via Hong Kong Post Air-mail.

We will ship to the address on your ebay. So please check your shipping address on ebay before you pay.

Items can be combined into one invoice but the total shipping fee will be the sum of each item's shipping & handling charge. We can also offer Express Service, but the shipping fee is your responsibility. If you want to choose this service please contact our customer service.

The buyer needs afford the postage for return and the return must be done within 14 days after the receipt, if the items needs to be returned for no reason! The items must be new with the original packaging.

Defective or damaged goods must be returned within 14 days after the receipt. Before the return please send pictures or videos of the defective or damaged items to the seller to get RMA number for return. Usually the buyer needs to afford the postage for return first keeps the shipping receipts to get the postage refunded by the seller.

Return by any reason needs a RMA number! Goods without RMA number will NOT be accepted.

Please write the RMA number on the returning package.

It is important to declare your package as a "Product for Return" on the Customs Declaration Form, and also $1 as the commercial value.
