Due to overwhelming sales and popularity of the Orssom Performance Cold Air Intake (Aust reg design No: 315677) to keep up with demand Orssom have recently started manufacturing these intakes out of a premium quality OEM grade injected plastic.
Orssom Performance products are NOT vacuum formed or rotational moulded like most cheaper intakes in today’s market, which use recycled plastics.

Orssom products are made from factory OEM grade plastic material similar to that found in other plastic components under you bonnet. Other inferior grade, competing products over time, will not stand up to the under bonnet temperatures resulting in cracking & distorting, neck areas collapsing, air filters falling out of them until finally they find their way into the rubbish bin.

Using a genuine K&N air filter with a huge surface area, the Orssom OTR offers huge flow with perfect filter retention. The filter has an outside width 478mm (18.813"), outside height of 144mm (5.688") and an outside thickness of 30mm (1.188").
Once installed to the vehicle, the filter is retained in a recessed base and is then securely seated by the top cover assembly which is then screwed down.  Nothing but cool, clean air will ever get past this air filter!

The Orssom OTR kit is specifically designed for the DIY enthusiast and can be fitted using simple hand tools in around 30mins! The package includes the high grade plastic OTR, a K&N panel filter, full fitting kit and we even provide installation instructions! • Designed to retain your standard airflow meter (MAF).
• This kit does not include the airflow meter, you must use your original factory unit.
• Please check the picture of the MAF sensor shown in our images, to ensure your car matches this. If your sensor looks different, then this will not fit.
• The intake can be installed in around 30 minutes, with the aid of: 7mm & 10mm socket and ratchet, Phillips head and straight blade screw driver, sharp knife or razor blade to trim the hood seal.
